For more than three decades, Rayastre has worked at the edges of avant-garde music and experimental art. In 2022, this longstanding exploration underwent a radical transformation into a visual practice. His practice is rooted in a hermetic philosophy, in which the free creative process unfolds within a sealed vessel. The artist allows the universe to speak through him, bypassing him entirely and letting his hand become the hand of God. 

After a profound personal enlightenment experience, his work changed dramatically.
